we have a huge deficit again--i just read about bush's proposed budget, which includes cuts in funding to local police agencies--from 600 million to 60 million.

and this is after the idiot sent all of us checks for 300 bucks a few years ago? that check was the worst free money i ever got. i knew it was a mistake as soon as it was proposed. gee, maybe we should have SAVED FOR A RAINY F*CKING DAY, you IDIOT!!!!!
